With the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, our clients have used their creativity to continue outdoor theatre. Central Square Business Improvement District’s “Starlight Square” is an intervention that transforms a space for cars into a place for people. Built with scaffolding & scrim, Starlight consists of four foundational elements: a home for the arts, an outdoor dining destination, a lifeline for summer learning, & a canvas for public art. In addition to the building process, High Output provided lighting & staging, including Elation SIXBAR 1000 IPs to highlight the outdoor art.

Artistic Director, Linda Sturdivant of City Theater in Biddeford Maine rented the Antari S-500 from our High Output Portland office for their production of A Christmas Carol, The Musical. Sturdivant notes, “The Antari S-500 snow machine was great! It was dependable and easy to use. One machine covered the whole stage. Best of all it was quiet!” The Antari S-500 comes in a road case on wheels with a 30’ hose and optional PM-1 pan motor for the snow output nozzle with 120° pan. This allows for easy set-up and control with coverage up to 80’. The unit has a built-in electronic menu and can also be controlled by DMX. Like other fluid based snow machines, the Antari S-500 operates with a fan. Unlike older models, the fan in this unit creates minimal noise. Contact rentals.
