A Studio Manager/Lighting Technician is assigned to each studio
production and must be present at all times that the facility is
occupied. As such, our client's may determine their schedule of
operation independently of the other studios or of the facility
as a whole. These individuals possess the technical skills necessary
to be productive members of your lighting and/or scenic crew. A
production company who is a union signatory employs their Studio
Manager directly per the terms of their agreement. Those clients
who are not signatories are billed by High Output for these services
at a rate of $575.00/8 hours. After 8 hours, overtime rates take
effect, incrementing once again at 12 hours and again at 16 hours.
A 15% cost of employment surcharge is applied to the sum of these
hourly wages. 10-hour rates are also available. Experienced technical
and production staff of every specialty are available locally. Please

Power
Studio power charges are assessed on pre-light and shoot days only.
A fee of $75.00 is accrued per 100 amps of peak load. Once the 100
amp mark is surpassed, an additional $75.00 is assessed with no
further charges forthcoming until the 200 amp mark is surpassed,
and so on. No power charges are assessed on build and wrap days.
Trash Removal
Basic trash removal is provided at no additional cost. The disposal
of set elements, unused paint or other large or hazardous items
may necessitate disposal fees.
Expendables
A fully stocked expendables sales facility is on-site
Miscellaneous
Telephone, facsimile, and photocopy expenses are incurred as per
use.
Studio Lunch Room & Kitchen
These resources are available to our studio clients at no charge
for catering & craft service. Use of the kitchen for food styling
necessitates a $150.00/day cleaning fee.
Half Day Rates - Available for Studio C only
Our Studio Manager's retain their minimum rates
Lighting & grip rentals remain subject to a one-day minimum
Half Day Rate: $ 475.00/5 hours
Overtime Rate: $ 125.00/hour
Maximum Rate: $ 950.00/day
Rental Office and Storage Space
* Production office and storage space is available to both studio
clients and those shooting on location
* Spaces are configurable for use as conference , wardrobe or green
rooms
* High speed internet connectivity, telephone and access to office
equipment is provided
* Long term rates are available
Day Rates: $150.00/room (prep and wrap days) -- $50.00/room (shoot
days)
