Procedures The staff of HIGH OUTPUT would like to ensure the success of your rental. We ask you to please help us by noting the following: HIGH OUTPUT is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are available at other hours by prior arrangement. In the event of an after hours emergency, please call us at (800) 787-4747 for prompt assistance. HIGH OUTPUT offers delivery service 24 hours a day throughout New England. During normal business hours, most deliveries in the Boston area are $75.00. We are happy to facilitate any delivery. Please call for specific quotes on other deliveries. The minimum rental charge on all equipment is one day. To allow us time to properly prepare your equipment, please pick up your outgoing orders after 2:00 PM. You must return equipment before 10:00 AM to avoid additional charges. Ordering equipment well in advance is helpful. It is extremely important that you inform the rental office if you will be scouting a job and placing an order the day previous to your shoot. Orders placed after 12 noon for use the following day are subject to equipment availability and our shop work schedule. In such cases the rental office will inform you if additional charges are necessary. We consider all orders "holds" unless you tell us otherwise. We will check back with you should any potential conflicts arise regarding equipment you have on "hold". You may then choose to "confirm" or "cancel" your order. Any "confirmed" order that is subsequently cancelled will be subject to cancellation charges. You must have an account to rent equipment. If you wish to open an account please contact us allowing ample time for processing. All new accounts will remain on a COD basis for the first order. Unless other arrangements are made, all business will be COD. All customers must provide proof of adequate insurance prior to pick-up or delivery of equipment. Insurance requirements include all risk coverage for the replacement value of rented equipment as well as liability coverage. Other insurance may be required. Check with our staff.
