For almost 35 years, High Output has been in the events business. From the practical- lighting, audio, video, power, HVAC, and staging to the exciting- LED dance floors, 4-sided projection screens, and video walls. As the world of events shifts, High Output is taking our past experience and pivoting to a high volume of virtual events.

What is a virtual event? To High Output, it is an opportunity for creativity, innovation, and immersive interaction. Virtual events can vary in complexity. Content may be supplied to us and we host the stream to your audience or we help to produce the content. Events can be pre-recorded, live performance, or a mix of the two. High Output’s staff, equipment, and facilities allow us to accommodate all communications needs. Our 5 studios with offices and green rooms, extensive inventory, and production staff make it possible for you to host your meeting anywhere. We amplify audience engagement by combining live video, powerpoint and video playback into compelling online content. Check out the virtual graduations, galas, fundraisers, meetings, concerts, and more that we have worked on below.

Huntington Theatre Company‘s “Spotlight on Trailblazers” premiered on Facebook Live and YouTube on June 15th. High Output mixed in studio and on location elements together by recording a full band at our Studio 86 in Brighton which was then edited with at home performances from Kate Baldwin, Keith David, Santino Fontana, and Marva Hicks.

Harrington Events and High Output presented “Boston Backstage” on Saturday June 20th. This night brought the special events industry together again virtually with cocktails, music, and burlesque. Filmed at Canton’s Charles River Studios with director of photography Terrill Productions.

When Harrington Events decided to pivot to produce virtual events, we reached out to High Output. We knew from experiences in the past that the High Output team knows how to think outside traditional confines and is always up for a challenge. Together we produced engaging and memorable engagements that clients can stake their reputation on.

Miriam Hospital‘s first ever virtual event produced by High Output saw over 300 viewers donate more than $330,000. Senior Donor Relations Officer Kimberley A. Borek says “We were thrilled with the outcome of the event and the entire process of working with you and your team. Nick and team were fabulous on site both days!  They were professional, thorough, confident, and never missed a beat during the live stream.”
